The open plan atmosphere of the living area has been cleverly highlighted and featured by the tropical theme decor. High ceilings, air conditioning, polished timber floors and feature walls all combine to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy time with the family or friends, when you are not hitting the waves. The space is large enough to throw down a few mats and have your friends over for a yoga retreat. Living space is at a premium, with decks front and back, plus BBQ on the rear deck, allowing you enjoy fuss free entertaining.
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped to either cook up a feast or entertain.
The home provides three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with two sets of single bunk beds. The owners have also provided a cot for your convenience.
The main bathroom is upstairs with separate toilet, and downstairs the laundry is also equipped with a second shower and toilet.
The large yard provides plenty of shade for children want to play, and the mature trees provide all the privacy you could desire.

The village of Wooloweyah, is a quiet haven located on the banks of Lake Wooloweyah, surrounded by trees, the lush natural beauty of this area is enhanced by the family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Just 5 minutes from some of the best surf on the East Coast of Australia in the village of Angourie, including your choice of beaches, Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky’ s Beach and Back Beach. Angourie also provides a cafe, and one of the best restaurants in our region. Wooloweyah borders the Yuraygir National Park which boasts picturesque walking trails and magnificent beaches.
Yamba is a short drive away, and you can choose between any number of the beautiful beaches on offer there, Main Beach, Convent Beach, Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River.
Yamba’s Main street boasts gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores or cafes, bars, and restaurants, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba. If you don’t feel like driving, there are the courtesy buses, provided and run by both clubs, including the Yamba Shores Tavern, located right on the river.
Yamba Shopping Fair is Yamba’s largest shopping centre. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside the complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 28-minute drive away from Wooloweyah and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka’s main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fisherman’s Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are approx an hour’s drive, both with airports, larger shopping facilities.
