Stepping into the open plan living area which extends the width of the building, there are comfortable leather lounges, a flat screen TV, sliding glass door access to the ocean-facing balcony, and double-glazed windows showcasing the views. The dining area provides a dining table with seating for 6 and sliding glass door access to the river-facing balcony, which is a wonderful place to sit and relax whilst watching the sun set over the river.

The modern galley kitchen has granite benchtops, a good-sized refrigerator, double drawer dishwasher, ceramic stove and under bench oven, double sink and all the crockery and cutlery you’ll need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home.
Ideally suited for couples with bedroom 1 providing a queen size bed and wardrobe and bedroom 2 a double size bed and plenty of drawer storage.

These are serviced by the bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
The laundry is equipped with washer and dryer, plus tub, there is access to a shared clothesline at the back of the property.

About the Location:

Wingamba commands one of the most convenient positions in Yamba, situated just 260m to the main street CBD area, it is central to beaches, cafes, river, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
You have the choice of any of the beautiful beaches in Yamba – Pippi Beach, Lovers Point, Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky’ s Beach. Choose from fishing and water sports on the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Yamba’s Main Street. Take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba. If you do not feel like walking, there are courtesy buses provided and run by both clubs. Additionally, the Yamba Shores Tavern is the perfect spot on the river, for a drink and a bite to eat.

Yamba Shopping Fair is Yamba’s largest shopping centre. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside the complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 15-minute drive from Yamba and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes.

Iluka is accessible by car, or you can take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up the main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel, and the Fisherman’s Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton, Byron Bay are within an hour’s drive, with both airports and shopping facilities.
