The dining area provides a good size table with seating for 6, and sliding glass door to the river-facing balcony, which is a wonderful place to sit and relax whilst watching the sun set over the river.
The modern galley kitchen is very stylish with granite benchtops, a good sized refrigerator, double drawer dishwasher, ceramic stove and underbench oven, double sink and all the crockery and cutlery youll need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home, or a few drinks and nibblies before you head out to dinner at one of the local restaurants.

Wingamba commands one of the most convenient positions in Yamba, situated just 260m to the main street CBD area, it is central to beaches, cafes, river, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Takethe surfboard to nearby Whiting or Turners Beach or choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba -Lovers Point, Main Beach, Convent and Pippi Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky’s Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores or cafes, bars and restaurants in Yamba’s Main Street, less than 150m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don’t feel like walking, there’s always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.
Yamba’s largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 3.5kms away, or 7 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bag pipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St (less than 250 metres) and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka’s main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club ,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour’s drive, both with airports, larger shopping facilities.
